Q: How to pair both earbuds to your phones?

A: For initial use, open the charging case and take out the earbuds, they will automatically power on and pair to each other. Open cellphone Bluetooth, press to connect "TWS" on your Bluetooth list. Both earbuds will not flashlight if paired with your phone successfully.

Q: How do I know the earbuds pair successfully?

A: If the earbud both flash blue/red light, means not paired successfully. Both earbuds flash blue light, which means they paired with each other paired successfully.

Q: What can I do if not charge successfully?

A: The earbuds will automatically be charged after you put it into the charging case.If not changing, you can press the button on the charging case. Also please try to clean the charging port of the earbuds and push it into the charging case due to its magnetic charging function.

Q: After connect to your phone, only one earbud working?

A: It means the earbuds have not paired with each other successfully.
